Anthony Martin - New York
Chief Executive Officer
Anthony has a passion for consumer insight which makes things happen for business and brands. He co-founded BAMM in 2007 because he was frustrated by strategy and insights that lacked the vibrancy and power to move clients to act. He relocated to New York in 2017 to start and lead the BAMM New York office. He believes in a method-agnostic approach to solving client problems drawing on behavioral economics and storytelling to solve brand, communication and innovation challenges.
Andrew Ho - New York
Chief Strategy Officer
Andrew brings 25 years of global strategy, insight, planning and entrepreneurship to our clients. His passion is to make empathy a superpower for all. His career has been dedicated to ensuring creativity is part of how we question the world as well as how we build solutions. His legacy will be great friendships and the leaders he hopes to nurture for years to come.
Sophie Bradford - New York
Strategy Director
Sophie, an MA holder in Classical Archaeology, utilizes her social science skills to gain cultural insights. She started her career at KantarTNS and currently works at BAMM, focusing on pioneering and innovative methods. Sophie relocated to New York in 2018 and manages global projects for various clients such as Coca-Cola, Meta, Pernod, and Reckitts. Her expertise lies in observation-based methods like ethnography, which provides clients with human insights that help drive business growth.
Dinisha Cherodian - London
Strategy Director
Dinisha is a Strategy Director at BAMM, with 17 years of experience, she has always sought to deliver insights that are strategic, to the point and continue to live within the business. Having started out in Pharmaceutical market research, Dinisha loved the patient side of her work, talking to real people about their emotions and needs, so the move to consumer just made sense and she now works across FMCG, Beverages, Finance and Tech.
Paul White - London
Strategy Director
Paul has over a decade of experience helping brands to understand people and make the right decisions that will benefit both the brand and their customers. Having worked on a number of incredibly complex multimarket projects for tech, media and finance giants he’s perfectly placed to deliver method agnostic strategy and thinking to any brand problem. Outside of work, you’ll find Paul walking his three dogs or getting tattooed (not at the same time though).

Anuja is passionate about partnering with her clients in answering strategic business questions and helping them grow great brands. She believes in uncovering the story behind the numbers and weaving meaningful and strategic insights that inspire action. For her, research is not just about data - it is about understanding how people think and behave and uncovering how brands can build stories that resonate with people!
Sonia Skins - Shanghai
Insight Consultant
Sonia is a bilingual strategist and visual ethnographer. A native Mandarin Chinese speaker with a PhD in design ethnography, she has delivered on numerous challenging yet inspiring projects for top global brands since 2011. But what truly sets Sonia apart is her unique experience of living and working in the UK and China. This gives her a distinct edge in identifying impactful behaviours and trends, bridging the gap between "hello" and "nĭ hăo" across cultures!
Carolyn Fahrner - New York
Senior Insight Executive
With a background in social psychology and philosophy, Carolyn has a strong passion for understanding what drives people. She joined BAMM in 2021 after graduating from Skidmore College, bringing with her knowledge of how societal structures impact behavior implicitly and explicitly. She believes qualitative research is about reconciling what people know to be true about themselves with the larger societal context under which people exist.
Emma Wolkenstein - New York
Senior Insight Executive
After studying cultural and political anthropology and having her academic work published, Emma’s work at BAMM largely focuses on applying her qualitative research experience to better study cultural nuance and perspectives with a commercial lens. From cocktail semiotics to metaverse socialization, Emma loves using creative new approaches to better understand behavioral and societal dynamics. Emma is currently trying to reach all 7 wonders of the world, or finish one (of her many) craft projects.
Abby Kolenbrander - New York
Senior Insight Manager
Abby's background in psychology and public policy ignited her passion for utilizing behavioral economics to investigate human behavior. She now channels this passion to create innovative solutions for client challenges. Her weekend activities vary with the seasons, hiking, paddle boarding, climbing, or skiing.
Isabella Devereux - London
Insights Manager
She is passionate about answering complex cultural questions with a strategic and decision oriented approach. She has worked on projects for a variety of global tech brands, producing strategic semiotic analysis across markets, and most recently led the research function and product strategy at a social media startup.
Outside of work Isabella loves getting away from the city and hiking - she recently walked over 2000 miles across the USA.
Sophie Hatch - New York
Junior Creative Executive
Sophie, a recent graduate of Skidmore College, joined BAMM in 2022 as a Junior Creative. She studied English Literature and Documentary Film and now works with the team to create digital media content that showcases BAMM's work and research. Sophie has experience leading canoe and camping trips and enjoys spending her free time in nature.

Mateo has a background in research and strategy, working across multiple geographies and industries. He excels at delivering simple, creative solutions to complex business needs based on empathy. In his free time, Mateo is passionate about gastronomy, art, design, fashion, and music.
Ruby Sieghart - London
Production Manager
Ruby’s background is deeply rooted in production, ranging from documentary, to international development campaigns across over 15 countries in 4 continents. She has worked with top broadcasters such as BBC World News and Channel 4, as well as International Governments and NGOs. Ruby is passionate about bringing human stories to life through film, creating meaningful, measurable change. In her free time, you will find her with her dog Jessie, or exploring new cuisines.
Melchior Tamisier-Fayard - New York
Insight Executive
Melchior has been a part of BAMM since Fall 2022, coming from an academic background in ethnography, qualitative research, and cognition studies. His focus on deep-diving into consumer experiences and developing profound analysis is paired with his interest on the socio-cultural impacts of technology and AI. His spare time is spent honing his bass playing, practicing Muay thai, and going for long bike rides around NYC.
Victoria Bova - New York
Fieldwork and Operations Manager
Using her background in Project Management and love for coffee, Victoria excels in supporting her team while keeping projects on track to provide continued success.
Outside of the BAMM office, Victoria enjoys being active through boxing and spending time with her dog, while setting aside some time to get lost in a good book after all the caffeine finally wears off.
Ethan Mazursky - New York
Insight Executive
Ethan, with a background in cultural anthropology, is passionate about understanding human emotions and their role in qualitative research. Since joining BAMM in 2023 Ethan has been with big brands such as Coca-Cola, Walmart, and Meta. Outside of work, Ethan enjoys playing guitar, cooking, and hiking.
Georgie Jeffries - London
Insights Manager
Georgie is a seasoned qualitative researcher with a strong focus on FMCG and retail clients. She specializes in cultural insight, online communities, behavioural science, and social listening.
Georgie holds a double degree in Arts (Psychology) and Business (Marketing) from Monash University in Australia. In her spare time she enjoys attending live music gigs, discovering the best food and wine bars in East London, and exploring new travel destinations.
Anne-Lise Scalabre - London
Insights Manager
Anne-Lise's way into the industry was through her interest in cultural analysis and the promise of getting to ask people questions for a living, having graduated with a master's from LSE in social and cultural psychology. With a background in qual research, cultural insights, and innovation, she thrives on meaty multi-market projects that hit the sweet spot of cultural depth and strategic thinking. Outside work, she’s usually at a dance show, in the garden, or researching communal living with one of her six housemates.
Emily Richards - London
Senior Operations Manager
Emily, with a background in Market Research Project Management, supports the London team with operations and logistics, ensuring the smooth running of projects. In her spare time, Emily enjoys countryside walks, hanging out with anyone with a dog and trying the many restaurants London has to offer.
