Qualitative Senior Research Executive – London

We're looking for a brilliant SRE with 1-2 years insight experience to join BAMM's London office.

An exciting opportunity in a successful Global Insight Agency looking for an intelligent, ambitious qualitative Senior Research Executive  in BAMM’s London office, with 1-2 years insight agency experience.

As a Senior Research Executive at BAMM, you’ll be expected to support your project lead on various global projects.

Key responsibilities 

  • Help the day-to-day running of qualitative research projects
  • Assist the project manager with recruitment and research set up (inc. online platform set-up in digital qual projects)
  • Develop discussion guides 
  • Conducting fieldwork (focus groups, ethnographies and online communities) 
  • Analyse qualitative research outputs and help develop into compelling learnings
  • Write edit briefs for the creative team
  • Present sections of client debriefs
  • Contribute to TheDROP, our ongoing cultural trends program

Job Requirements

    • At least 1-2 years insight agency experience.
    • Strong, proven commercial analysis skills
    • Attention to detail
    • Interest in culture, and how culture impacts brands


Flexible/ Hybrid working

  • We offer a flexible working scheme
    • 8am-5pm and 10am-7pm as daily options
    • 3 days working in the office, 2 days working at home (optional).
    • Days in lieu for full fieldwork days worked on the weekend.
  • 2 weeks ‘remote working’ per year, from anywhere on earth, with a good enough wifi connection.


  • 25 days per annum, which includes 5 days over our annual Christmas break (not including the 8 bank holidays, including Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day).
  • One extra day’s holiday per year employed (up to 5 years).
