Editor / Videographer

BAMM NY is looking for self starting creative talent; a shooter/editor rolled into one who can lead our creative outputs in the US.

It’s a fantastic opportunity to work with a bunch of smart, creative individuals who are all focused on delivering stunning visual outputs for our clients (large, famous, global brands including Under Armour, Shell and Puma).

 

You’ll get to lead the creative vision on each project, working with the insight and design team to deliver a range of fresh, innovative debrief materials (no one project is ever the same).

 

We’ll fast track your videography, photography and editing skills, pushing you to become a truly all-around creative force, seeing projects through from start to finish.

 

Key responsibilities

Developing the creative plan for each individual project, including how the video and photography is shot and what outputs are needed to deliver the insights (including video edits, websites, designed debrief booklets, posters, etc).

 

Covering both videography and photography in our ethnographic fieldwork, across the US and other global markets.

 

Managing freelancers covering specific markets, including briefing and reviewing their work as it comes in.

 

Media Managing all files coming in from fieldwork, to give efficient access to the rest of the project team on our global server. Editing the final films for each client debrief.

 

Working with our in house designer to develop the vision for our final debrief materials.

 

Skills and experience you’ll need

Higher education in either film or photography production.

At least 2 years commercial experience, with proven track record in both DOP and editing work.
